Mailbox store will not mount, information store mounted
exchange 2003 cannot mount mailbox store but information store mounts.
The store could not be mounted because the active directory information was not replicated
I tried forcing the replication and it replicated but i could not mount
Is there a Microsoft exchange support number I can call?

I would suggest that you reboot both domain controllers and Exchange server. Then see what happens. Otherwise it sounds like someone has fiddled around with the permissions on the server.

someone did but i dont know how to get them back.

it was a vendor we had in here. they fooled around the the mailbox store permissions and i dont know what was changed and they plead the 5th. So I can restore system state from a good backup. But permissions on the mailbox store level are inheriting from somewhere and we cant figure out where

can you at least maybe explain why i cant remove the deny features from the everyone group at the mailbox store level. I get the following

Probably because the permissions have been screwed up. The error code is access denied.
