Greetings deekmartin !

Outlook 2007 is slow.  But Outlook 2003 should be running normal speed.   How did you go back to Outlook 2003? Uninstall Outlook 2007 first?

Check if there is addon left over from Outlook 2007 in your Addon Manager.

If no joy, create a new Outlook profile.

Hope this helps, war1

deekmartin,

1. Disable Outlook Addins.  Go to Tools > Trust Center > Add-Ins
 disable the addins.

2. Create a new Outlook profile.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Use Trust Center if using Outlook 2007.  If using Outlook 2003,

Disable Outlook Addins.  Go to Tools > Options > Other > Advanced Options > Addin Manager or COMM/Addins and disable the addins.
