How do change a user name

I have a limimted user "HSEC", however all their path data is user "OFFICE".  I was going to update all their profile information to match the users name based on their SID.... when I look I see that XP is listing their user name as "OFFICE".

I would like to change their user name to HSEC.  I went through control panel and changed the name there however when I look at XP's sid list it doesn't show HSEC but still office.

How can I change their user name and have SIDs reflect it also?

From what I've been told, you cannot.  The system won't let you.  The name that appears in task manager and the documents and settings folders cannot be changed without completely removing the user and recreating them, which affects all permissions (if any are used).
You can't change the folder names, only the name of the user itself. What you could do is use the export settings wizard of XP and export the settings you have for the current user, then create a new user with the correct name and then again use the above wizard to import the settings of the original user.

Thanks Sheharyaar, but that doesn't really do what I need as the SID still has the old user name.  Its as Lee and Rindi state, it is not possible.  I've recreated an account and manual set it up for the user.
