Need a direct convert from pocket access .cdb file to another usable format.

I have a Microsoft Pocket Access database (i.e. database.cdb) and I need to import the data into another application.  This is a database that a coworker brought with him and we do not have access to a PocketPC on which to load the database.

Most of the solutions I have seen have involved using ActiveSync to move the database to a new PocketPC and then exporting it to the desired format.  I am looking for some sort of direct convert utilitity that will allow me to take the *.cdb file and covert it to another format.  Any common format is acceptable (.xls, .mdb, .csv, .txt, etc.)

Thanks,

Ed
