How do I set printer availability by day rather than by time?

How do I set a shared printer so that it's only accessible on certain days of the week. I can find the option to set printer availability, but that only lets me choose times of day when it's available. I have a printer that I need to lock down so it's not available on certain days. Is there a way to do this? The server that it's shared out from is running Windows Server 2003. Thanks.

Setting up a script to adjust the printer availability worked. And then I set scheduled tasks to run those scripts. It does what I need it to do now. Thanks for the idea.

I just wish that Windows had an option to set availability by day as well as by time.
