Integrating Visual Basic 6.0 and .NET

I'm maintaining a large Visual Basic 6.0 app and am about to write its newest module in C#.  Can someone point me in the direction of some info regarding common obstacles integrating VB 6.0 with .NET along with design recommendations?

    Oh yeah...I'll probably do it in VS 2005 instead of VS 2003 (if there's a difference in this case).

    you should see interop forms from microsoft. it has documents and several examples on using .net from vb6 or vb6 from .net
