Windows cannot find a system volume that meets requirements for installation

I'm trying to setup a VISTA machine with an unattended setup.
Shortly after the setup start I get the following errormessage
'Windows cannot find a system volume that meets requirements for installation'
Machine is a HP DC7800
OS : Vista Bussiness (core dutch)
Bootmedia is a USB stick or CDROM

It is probably a partition error, make sure that you are installing on a NTFS partition, if that doesn't work, then try the links below.

I get the same error when I remake the partition within the setup program. No custom images where applied.
Problem solved.
Boot with USB stick doesnot work
Boot with CD works.
Problem found.
Our HP DC 7800 was provided with a Intel VPro and the BIOS option 'Data execution prevention' enabled.
Disabling the DEP option and the installation runs.

Another side effect of DEP in this BIOS was that bcdedit under WinPE2 doesnot give the info.
The error here was 'The requested system device cannot be found'

DEP also caused intermittent USB boot. After disabling DEP, our test DC7800 device booted WINPE 2.0 from USB consistantly.
