Ok but where did the information that was in the folder go? &nbsp;I know it wasnt deleted. &nbsp;Can this folder get to a certain size and get placed in a holding folder? &nbsp;Also if a user who has access to this public folder went and auto archived in his outlook client could that have archived the data in this public folder. <br />

This folder is more than 2 yrs old. &nbsp;information was placed in it and then it wasnt touched until now. &nbsp;So there were entries from 2005 and then more entries were submitted just days ago. &nbsp;I can see the entries from Oct 2007 but nothing from 2005 is in there. &nbsp;I hope this helps. &nbsp;<br />
