When opening outlook 2003, I receive an error that says failed to register a vbscript.dll.  run regsvr32 to reregister the dll.  I have tried running that, i have tried repairing outlook and removing/reinstalling outlook.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi dslivingston, ,
Not sure whether you reg your dll propely , you can check this out,
if there is frmcache.dat on you User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\FORMS\FRMCACHE.DAT
Close Outlook and rename the frmcache.dat file to .old
    should work aslo.

    Accepted Solution

I ended up copying a working profile to the users profile and corrected the issue.
