Nvidia Geforce 7100 Extended Desktop Problems

I'm working on a computer that has an Nvidia Geforce 7100 GS video card installed. It has 1 dvi and 1 vga port on it. I connected to identical Hp monitors to it. When i go into the display properties, i dont get the dropdown menu to select multiple monitors and extend the desktop. Although i have no problems cloning the screens or even making both screens look like one big screen. In the disply properties, it just tells me the type of monitor that i have and there is no dropdown list. Also, when i go to advanced and select "monitor" it does not show plug and play monitor, it show the type of monitor that i have without an option to select anything else. I also tried looking through the Nview properties with no luck, i just get the option to clone or expand the desktop (make both screens look like one big screen) but i still can't extend it.

Thanks for the help!

Yeah, i knew i should have tried that... Drivers almost always cause this type of problem.

Anyways, Full points to PUNKY.. Thanks again.
I'm having this exact same issue and reinstalling the drivers did not work. I would post my own question, but for some reason that's not working either. Any other suggestions to fix this?
