resize quicktime move and convert to SWF

i have a quicktime movie that needs to be resized and converted into a SWF but i dont have quick-time pro to edit the .mov file.

is there any freeware programs (that actually work) do this or can somebody who has quicktime pro installed on their machine do it for me please?

If you have iMovie .. you can import the MOV and export it at a different resolution.

Converting from MOV to SWF will require Flash or some other utility.
