http://www.gfi.com/mailarchiver/ is one, but you can also turn on Journaling in Exchange server which is free and will have all e-mail sent to a specific mailbox. There are several several applications out there to do this.

Has Powershell sent you back into the Stone Age?

If managing Active Directory using Windows Powershell® is making you feel like you stepped back in time, you are not alone.  For nearly 20 years, AD admins around the world have used one tool for day-to-day AD management: Hyena. Discover why.

Hi,

If thats not leagal or of no use then why do you think big companys make softwares as such?
We have all rights to monitor mails on requests by the management. Any trouble with it?

There is no problems with it, if you have an acceptable use policy in place that states you have that right. We currently have to do it for legitation purposes and everything else. Also with new laws being passed more and more companies are making it a standard to do it.

there is a difference, a big difference, between archiving email for regulatory/litigation purposes, and 'monitor users mails'. Makes it sound like you're sitting around at your desk arbitrarily reading people's email.

kristinaw: I agree with you totally but legally they have a right... I wouldn't do it even if I was paid for it... but we do have archival of every e-mail in and outbound.
