Scheduled Tasks - Hourly Task Needed

Is there a way to schedule a task to run hourly via Scheduled Tasks?  I've scoured EE but haven't seen a solution that may be accomplished via the Scheduled Tasks GUI.

If there is a scriptable solution, does it populate the Scheduled Tasks GUI?

No Problem, you will find the option for mutiple schedules beneath "advanced" in the properties of the task.

I'll walk through both solutions and reward points accordingly.

Thanks!
Is there a way to schedule the job to run hourly using at.exe on Windows 2000 Server?  This Microsoft KB article doesn't indicate that it's possible:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/313289.
