Need a shutdown or restart script which can send a mail or logg the details in a txt file.
When ever some one connects through Mstsc or restarts or shutdowns the computer need to be informed on who from which machine date and time the machine was restarted or shutdowned.

    This information is already available in the Windows system logs. You can extract this information from there. Did you want to do so automatically? You can extract the necessary information from one of the audit logs (System, Security, Application or Internet Explorer).
