Internet Time not working

Hello experts, some days ago all my systems started to fail on time sync over the internet.

Tried on different networks, so it isn't access problem.

I have these providers on my list but none works:
nist1.aol-ca.truetime.com
time.windows.com
time.nist.gov

I get this at system log at system startup:
=================
Time Provider NtpClient: An error occurred during DNS lookup of the manually configured peer 'nist1.aol-ca.truetime.com,0x1'. NtpClient will try the DNS lookup again in 15 minutes. The error was: A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable host. (0x80072751)
=================
Then this one:
=================
The time provider NtpClient is configured to acquire time from one or more time sources, however none of the sources are currently accessible.  No attempt to contact a source will be made for 14 minutes. NtpClient has no source of accurate time.
=================

Any idea?

Thanks in advance.

From command line try this:

w32tm /config /syncfromflags:manual /manualpeerlist:192.5.41.209,192.5.41.41,127.118.25.3,165.227.1.1,129.237.32.1
w32tm /config /update

These IP Add. are some of your preferred NTP Servers.

If you do an nslookup for the servers what do you get back?
 nslookup time.nist.gov

So, is the problem at DNS? Or those servers went down?

My DNS is reverse recognizing them as:
192.5.41.209    ntp2.usno.navy.mil
192.5.41.41      tock.usno.navy.mil
127.118.25.3    can't find 127.118.25.3: Non-existent domain
165.227.1.1      stop.using.165.227.1.1.as.your.nameserver    (lol)
129.237.32.1    finch.cc.ku.edu

Well, it's working now at 192.5.41.209

Sorry for 165.227.1.1. But it's working now, wait 15 mins and examine events if ntp has contacted.
