Where can I find the Microsoft Step-by-step to create a teaming config for my NIC's on Windows Server 2003 R2?

Go to the network card vendor down load their teaming software.

Example

Intel, download: Intel PROSet

Ya I just realized the question was mis-stated.

I have Dell 1950's and Dell 2900's
