Go to the network card vendor down load their teaming software.

Ya I just realized the question was mis-stated.

I have Dell 1950's and Dell 2900's

Go to the Broadcom site.  Or look on one of the Dell CD's.

Go to control panel and lauch the Braodcom Control sutie, teaming is configured from there.
