How do you turn off data cacheing in Crystal XI (Keep prompt caching)?

We are running Crystal XI R2 SP1 - A user will execute a report with prompts at 7 am.  When they run again at 2 pm, using same report, same prompts, they are getting the 7 am report which is cached.  How do we turn off the cache?  We have identified the server setting that says to return new data, but this does not seem to be affecting our report.  Any ideas experts??

Are you certain it's being cached on the server and not on the client side?  If the user runs the report at 2pm from a different computer do they get the correct report or a cached report?  That's a key distinction so you know whether to focus client side or server side.

Is the server side - I guess was a bug of some type - we spent several hours on phone with BO support and they finally resolved the issue.
