I am runnig a new sony vaio laptop, had a few problems, had to recover vista once, whic put it back to a restore point. I downloaded itunes and now tried to run. The error message keeps popping up saying &quot;another installation is in progress&quot;<br />
When I try to remove itunes, it is not in the list of programs. I have tried to remove quicktime but it comes up with the same message.<br />
Please help!
