On boot up od windows, windows installer pops up, which delays the boot somewhat. I have been into the event viewer and found out that the problem is a feature called "shared"

My event viewer:

Detection of product '{B0255743-165B-4BD5-8DA8-37DFB993B201}', feature 'Shared' failed during request for component '{4EC22343-806F-45BE-AFF5-ADAFCD97EC48}'
