hp network device support has stopped working

I keep getting an error message that says: hp network device support has stopped working. I am using an hp c7150 printer and vista. The xp computers do not get the message. The printer seems to be working fine. Noone has an answer for this, tried hp and microsoft. ...?

    I disabled one of the hp services that were running and so far it seemed to have worked. cant remember exactly which one but there were two running, one is not necessary and was causing the problem. figured this out with an hp tech.
