Coldfusion: tag no supported error?

Hi, I am setting up a system (written in coldfusion) which has been zipped up and sent over to me. I've only been sent the files, i have my own coldfusion instance.. anyhow I get the below error when calling a particular page:

--------
A tag starting with 'CF' has been detected. This tag is not supported by this version of ColdFusion. Please verify your typo and try again.

Unknown tag: cfajaximport.
ColdFusion cannot determine how to process the tag cfajaximport because the tag is unknown and not in any imported tag libraries. The tag name might be misspelled.
--------

Now i'm using enterprise edition whilst i'm pretty sure the original system is using the full edition. Is the above suggesting that i need a new version of EE? (tho i thought mine was pretty recent), or does it suggest that only the full version supports/allows that tag? If EE does not support it then can it be imported as is suggested in the final comment of the error message? And if so, where can i obtain the library which has <cfajaximport> .. and how do i import such a library into the code? If you're reading this and only know part of the answer to the above then please do comment so that i can award partial points, and ofcourse it's much appreciated! =)

Many thanks =)

What version of CF are your running? this is a CF8 thing right?
you need to make  sure that the JavaScript libraries that support any controls you are using are imported into your main page.

As pigmentarts mentioned,  <cfajaximport> was added in CF 8.  First thing to do is check your server version and make sure you're running CF8 not MX7.  You can find the full version number in the CF Administrator or by dumping the server scope <cfdump var="#server#">

Thanks guys, when calling <cfdump var="#server#"> i retreived the following product version, which i take referes to MX7??

PRODUCTVERSION       7,0,2,142559

Can i upgrade to version 8, or is it a seperate download? .. could i be provided with a link to upgrade, or a link to the latest version which ever appropriate. I downloaded this not long ago so am surprised that it was not the latest version :S Bare in mind i have express edition (i said "enterprise" edition in my original comment which is incorrect).

many thanks =)

If you mean Developer Edition see the download links on the CF product page. I can't post a direct link because they require a login for downloads. The Developer Edition is free, but they make you sign-up to get it.

wow.. over 300 megs! ok, i'm downloading it.. and FINALLY, is it necessary for me to de-install my current coldfusion MX7 instance? .. if so what is the best way to do this? Remove it via "remove programs" through the control panel? .. no need to delete other additional files in particular? .. anything else? Or is there a de-install routine/program?

An uninstall should not be required. Afaik you can either upgrade or install CF8 side-by-side with MX7 (if that's what you choose)
