Need to set exchange to send an SMS when a mail is received.What are the requirments what all should i set .

    Provided you have the proper third-party Fax/Page software installed for the version of Exchange you are running (Exchange does not provide this functionality by default) I would think that software should handle the routing of mail for you.

    If you wanted to manually do this you could try to modify the Delivery Options on the user account/mailbox to "Forward To" an SMS address.  You can also choose to deliver all messages to both the forwarding address and retain them in the mailbox.
