How to disable blackberry sync

Hi I have a black berry exchange and what i want is when i read an email on my blackberry i dont want my outlook to mark it as unread when it sync how can i enble it?

please help

Unfortunately you can not, the only thing you can do is after reading the e-mail on the blackberry mark it as unread and it will change the state in exchange back to unread.  

In case this was a thought...Do not disable wireless synchronization as it will disable e-mail redirection
