How to change have all groups receiving email from everyone

My domain with exchange 2003 has almost 900 groups. These groups have other groups nested as well. These groups were built in a way that they would accept email only from the company users. Now i want to have them getting email from everyone. Is there any way i can do it automatically for all groups with out going to the exchange tab of each group and change it manually ?
Any idea would really help.

thanks, but..this command doesnt seem to exist in windows 2003? or..how can i get hold of this tool ?

oops...ok i got it. Thanks, now my big question is....
can u send me a kind of a template on how to do this ? I mean change all the groups to accept email from everyone ?
