openning example of a site in visual studio 2005

Im trying to get into and have come across the site: -

This might be a stupid question but I thought this could be opened in visual studio 2005 but I can not find the project file or am I missing something.

    In VS, select a new web site.  Then in my templates, you will find Small Business Started Kit.
