Deploy Office 2007 successfully as upgrade on SBS 2003 domain clients
I am currently trying to deploy Office 2007 Standard using msi through a Group Policy Object using SBS 2003. SBS 2003 deploys Outlook 2003 as a user install.
The problems are as follows:
-Office 2007 won't install as a computer policy, which documentation says it should.
-If I manually install Office 2007, on reboot it reinstalls Outlook 2003 and then Outlook 2003 won't load due to a DLL error.
What do I do to get the Office Standard 2007 install to work?!?!?!?!

I can't really say... I generally don't deploy Office over GP and I've not heard of anyone being able to deploy Office 2007 easily in a small network. It's generally faster to create a cached installation point and run setup locally on each workstation.

Thanks for the info.
Just to reiterate, will that solve the gp deploy failure?
