Free/Busy for Public Folders when creating a meeting request

Is there a way to create a meeting and send it directly to a public folder calendar??? I have already mail enabled the public folder calendar, but when I try to create a meeting it does not show me the free/busy information for that public folder.  When I go the the public folder directly I can see the information, but not through the scheduling tab under a meeting request. Any help will greatly be appreciated.

Public Folders do not publish free/busy information. The only way you can get it to work is where the public folder arranges the meeting. You cannot invite a public folder.

Simon,

Thanks for the prompt response.  Is there any other way I can accomplish this task??? Maybe by using a 3rd party software???

If you want to invite a public folder to a meeting you have to stop using public folders. The public folder content has to be moved to a mailbox. You can only invite mailboxes to meetings.
