Resizing Form does not resize components on it

Hi Experts,

I am using Visual Studio 2005 to build a Windows GUI application.  I have the form and a tab control pages on it.  I also has a rich text box.  What happens is when I resize the form( the main app), the rest of the components does not resize accordingly.  How can I do this.

    You need to play with "dock" and "anchor" properties for the controls.
    Sometimes you may need to put your controls on a panel etc. have a look:
