I am having padding and/or margins staying consistant in Firefox and IE.

In my next comment I'll post the url and perhaps you and help me.

Could this be something where that !Important is used?

Okay now here's the link.  Please look at the padding/margin for the item on the right that says "Have You Been I njured"

It's mainly the top padding and / or margin that I would like to be consistant.  About 10 pixels down from the element above it.

It appears to me that they are consistent in IE6 and Firefox, it would seem that you are having some background issues though between the two.
