For some reason I can't change my firewall setting. I used to have some trial antivirus programs running, now they have expired I uninstalled them. It seems around the time the anti-virus software trial finished I started having problems (though I am not entirely sure this is the cause).<br />

I can connect to the internet but no data is coming in so I can't use my browser at all.<br />

When I go to disable my firewall the options are greyed out so I can't change them. <br />

How can I put this right?
