I just found out that shared hosting was blocking me from writing to root! &nbsp;It's been killing me all day!<br />

I am in a pickle with my new ISP where I can not create a text file in my root directory. &nbsp;I need this so I can begin debugging my service.<br />

Could somneone post the smallest of web services (in C#) which solely write a text file in the root directory. &nbsp;I assume I would need to assign the namespace to be my URL. &nbsp;But would love some support.<br />
