Actually in regard to question 2) there are two versions of MOSS 2007 (also referred to as Sharepoint Portal Server 2007 by some) &nbsp;The standard edition and enterprise edition. &nbsp;Excel Services, Business Data Catalog and InfoPath integration are all in the Enterprise edition (&amp; well worth it)

2) what u can do with sharepoint 2007 which u cannot do with teamsite<br />
