I have a problem with Adobe Premiere Elements 3 and .MOD files from our JVC Everio HHD Camcorder. We are running Windows XP SP2 and have the 3.02 update to Premiere Elements in a school environment. All our students have restricted rights over the workstations, which is causing a problem with Premiere. The JVC Ererio Hard Disk Cameras create .MOD files. Under a user with administrator rights, Premiere imports the .MOD files no worries. Under a restricted users logon, Premiere continuously attempts to index the file, and doesnt stop. If you try to play the file you get the yellow media pending screen. Does anyone have any ideas? Is there something in particular I need to give the restricted users access to? &nbsp;I cant go around and give students administrator rights over the workstation!

Adobe Premiere Elements 3 problem with .MOD files
