Folder ACL report

I want export the folder and file security setting (ACL) to a report for keep record,  such as HTML, txt.
Any free tools for it?
Environment: windows 2000 server, NT Domain

My favorite tool for this: DumpSec from http://www.somarsoft.com/ (allows export in several different formats).
Other useful tools for this purpose are from Sysinternals:
