Can upgrading to SP2 cause problems

We need to upgrade our SQL Server 2005 to SP2. We didn't have SP1 installed. Can this cause any problems?

    I face some issues with the Linked servers to Oracle. (Dont remembering the exact pbm )

    That won't be a problem here. We don't use any Oracle stuff.
