VLAN and Trunking and Access

I currently have a network where all the interfaces ar set to trunk. Does this affect Network Performance in any way? I have been always used to seeing all interfaces on Access and the trunk port is the uplinks.

interface FastEthernet1/0/14
 switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
 switchport mode trunk
 switchport voice vlan 10
 srr-queue bandwidth share 10 10 60 20
 srr-queue bandwidth shape  10  0  0  0
