I know only some basics in Blackberry administration. I have a requiremnent to migrate a BES server from 3.6 to 4.1 on a new server. The existing setup which we have is a Blackberry server with version: 3.6.7.12 which uses MSDE. There are around 100 users in this BB and we are using Exchange 2003 in our organization. I downloaded trail version of BES 4.1.4.15 from the BB website and installed it in the new server with SQL server 2000. I created new users and tested with the BB handhelds, it works pefectly fine. So I thought of moving users from the existing server to the new one and update the working SRP key once its done. But unfortunately, the server is not listed while trying to move the users. Am not sure if this is the right method or if there is any other simple way to do it. Now am bit confused on how to proceed further. Tried searching BB website to get some articles for this doing this migration, but no luck :( I saw a thread in this website which was raised for a similar query. Since there is no solution provided, I thought of posting a new thread.

Can someone provide me with any useful articles / links/ procedures which explains on doing this migration? Anyhelp on this will be highly appreciated - Thanks
