Sage Line 50 - Prior year financial reports

If each financial year has been closed and I wish to view profit and loss accounts from more than one year prior, is there any way to retrieve this information?  I am familiar with the report that will give me a profit and loss for a current year month and include the same month from the last year, however I need the year before this also.

    Accepted Solution

When you run the year ends - do you archive each year?
If so, you should be able to enter the archive data relevant to the period you need and view from there.

If you do not archive, then you would need to restore a backup prior to year end (after taking several tested current backups of course), and work with that data.
