MS Access Printing Envelopes

MS access 2000 - I have a situation where I print letters and then the number 10 envelopes that they are mailed in.  The problem comes up in that the application prints all of the pages properly and when it goes to print the envelope report the page size assigned to the envelop report changes from from Number 10 Envelope back to 8.5 by 11.
I have used the page setup for the envelop report to make sure that the page paer size is envelop #10 but it keep changing back to 8.5 by 11.

I need some VBA code that will run from an event before the envelop report prints  and sets the page setup- paper size for the report to number 10 envelope.  Is there another way to print envelops that will guarantee they print correctly.   Also, these envelopes have to print to the prnter in vertical format. Therefore the report form displays the fields vertically on the report design page.

I appreciate any guidance you can give me

    Accepted Solution

What is the size of report that you use to print the envelopes?
Does it allow for the margins and the 8 1/2 x 11 (#10 ) Envelope?
The printing set up should remain for the report, and you should not have to change it once it has been used once.

The report is set up to look exactly like a Envelop #10 size.  The print setup is expected to stay but for some reason it reverts to 8.5 X 11. That is why I need to find some VBA code that will force it to setup the report as envelope each time before it runs.
