If you need it for laptop use then simply add the folder to Favourites in Private Folders and configure Public Folder Favourites to be synchronised. <br />

I need to create a public address list ni exchange server 2003 and populate it with the contents of the senior manager's personal contacts list - contains all external client email contacts so that all users can access and use the contacts.<br />
