Boot Failure - System Lights Flashing

I have a Dual G4 Slot Load xserve that no longer boots.  The system lights flash twice fast and then three times a little slower.  I have swapped out the RAM.  I trien looking in the manuals but cannot find a reference to the flash sequence.

    If it's not the RAM, it may be the logic board.  Here's the KB articles about the sequence you're seeing:
