If you copy the text of one of your rejected messages, create a new email via Gmail/Yahoo/Hotmail/etc., paste in your copied text, and send the message to the problem domain, is the behavior the same or different?

Could be that headers or body has some very particular part that doesn't go down well with that server. What format are your messages; HTML, RTF, plain text?

I have been told that header information could be the culprit but i have no clue as how to configure the header information on the Exchange server.  If you could instruct on how to access that part would be very helpful.  I've tried sending the same msg HTML and Plain txt formats.  The cut and paste from my MSN account goes through just fine, no NDR from my msn account.
