vc++ window forms - how do I underline one letter??

One quick question.
In vc++ Window Forms Programming, how can I underline one letter in the text of button. If I have a button "NEW" and I want to underline "N" to indicate the shortcut..(ctrl + N). Does anyone know how to do this?

    Bt, it didn't work like that. It works if I'm doing that at menustripts but not with buttons. Are you sure that works?

    The &N should underline the N on a button.
    Do you mean the underline isn't working or the event if you use keyboard.  If the event then use an 'accelerator' resource.
