How to direct internet traffic though users connection instead of over the VPN

Cisco 2821
IOS 12.4
Is there a way to configure my Cisco 2821 VPN router so connecting users internet traffic goes out their internet connection instead of over the VPN? I can do it with VPN tunnels and would like to do it for our remote users.

Actually, I think it should be the other way around for your network, so you want to define the traffc that you want to go to the VPN.  Everything else will just go straight to the Internet.

So, if your remote network is 10.0.0.0 mask 255.255.0.0, you would use:

access-list split_tunnel_acl permit ip 10.0.0.0 255.255.0.0 any
vpngroup <vpngroupname> split-tunnel split_tunnel_acl

If I've got this right, that should tell the VPN client to send any traffic destined for 10.x.x.x down the tunnel, but let the rest pass through to the Internet.

Good luck.
