Hi

I have sbs 2003 -- I have exchange working email is okay.  I recently upgrade my yahoo to pop so that i could have them in my outlook.  The emails go right to my outlook but not right into OWA email when i log into in.  They only show up in OWA after they have been recieved into outlook.  Is there away to have them go right into the box in owa without having to log  into outlook fist

Not really.
I presume that Outlook does the send/receive for the Yahoo email? For the messages to appear the Exchange server would have to be responsible for collection of email. While there is a pop3 connector in SBS it isn't really designed to collect email from something like a Yahoo account.
