Can I see the install.php script?

When I run an install.php script it gives me this error:<br />
Checking open base directory...On - &nbsp;Please upload a test file<br />
<br />
&nbsp; Please add 'G:\Website/php/tmp' in openbase directory entry of your configuration file.<br />
<br />
Does anyone know what that is. I am using MySQL and PHP and how would I set this up in mysql<br />
