I'm running Exchange 03 on  server 03. We have about 30 sales associates that we change their signature regularly. We create a HTML file and use that it has a graphic and two hyperlinks then same them with first initial last name.HTML. after that we run around to all the machines and update the signature with that html file. Is there a way i can do this automaticlly.

Not really.
Signatures are considered a client side setting.

If you are changing things regularly then look at using something server side that generates the signatures on the fly. Exclaimer can do that, and there will be others.

Then disable the signature functionality on the clients.
