Viwe existing .pbl files in PB IDE v11.0

I am new to PB. I am working on a project where we are migrating PB app to Java. I am trying to set up PB version of application in my local machine. I have source (only .pbl files) and executable files(.pbd & Application). I have installed PB IDE v11.0. It is installed successfully.

When I tried to run existing appliocation executable, It gives me error message PBVM70.dll was not found. When I checked in installed directly of PB v11.0, I noticed there a dll with name PBVM110.dll.

I guess that dll changes from version to version. So, my question is,
1) in order to run the current version of application, do I need to install PB version where we have PBVM70.dll?
2) How can I load source code( extension .pbl) into PB IDE v11.0? When I opened IDE, tried to load source, IDE is only looking for .pbw files.

If any can help me pointing out to any documentation where I can load current pbl files into PB IDE v11.0, I would appreciate.
