Modify task views in Outlook 2003 calendar

In Outlook 2003 I am displaying the Task Pad in my calendar view. I now understand how I can modify that task view to display tasks meeting certain criteria. What I am currently displaying is any task that was created today. What I'd like to do is display tasks that were created on the day the calendar is displaying. In other words, if I'm looking at the calendar for last Friday, I'd like to see the tasks that were created on that day.
I need to be able to set this as the default as this is for a customer. Having them modifying this frequently will be a problem. Is this possible?

In order to do this, open outlook 2003

Click on Tasks -> Under "current view" click on "Task Timeline"

Any date your customer select, he/she will see the tasks created on that day

OK. I don't think I'll be able to get it any better than that.

Do thiswill display the task pad in calendar view:
Outlook 2003, click on Tasks -> View -> Arrange by -> Current View -> Task Timeline

To see tasks that are created on that day only, use the customize filter:
Outlook 2003, click on Tasks -> View -> Arrange by -> Current View -> Customize Current View (after you select the current view = Task Timeline).
On the dialog box, click Filter -> Advanced tab. Click on Field, and on the drop down list, select "All task field", then select "Created".
Under "Condition", select "Today", then click Add to List.
Click Ok, Ok again, and you're done :-).

There are a lot of options / fields in there, you can customize the view any way you want it to be.

Hope this help,
