MS Internet Explorer keeps putting annoying popups at me. &nbsp;Pop ups ask me:<br />

I'm HIGHLY annoyed at this message popping &nbsp;at every new page..<br />

I tried to kill this message going to: &lt;Tools&gt; &lt;Internet Options&gt; &lt;Security Tab&gt; , then lowering the security level.<br />

When I try to lower the security bar I get another Error message.<br />

I tried to kill this message going to: <Tools> <Internet Options> <Security Tab> , then lowering the security level.

When I try to lower the security bar I get another Error message.

      The recommended level for this zone is "Medium" 
      The level you have chosen is lower than this.  Please choose a security level higher of "Medium" or higher.

1.  How do I set the security level to the level I want?
2.  Who the hell thinks they can tell me I can't set secuity levels as I choose?
